  1、oil-way

  On the oil circuit, the lubrication of production equipment is an important component of equipment maintenance.Keeping the oil passage of printing presses unimpeded is related to the lubrication of the moving parts of the whole machine.It is necessary to replace the oil and cleaning oil on time by way of filtering device, so that the oil flowing into the pipeline does not contain impurities, so as to avoid the blockage of the oil section of the Department.In particular, the needle roller bearing of the support roller of the unit, if there is no lubricating and cooling of the oil, the bearing and the roller shaft will be frictional for a long time. People who have used the printing machine in Heidelberg know that the ink roller and the bearing seat of the water roller and the pressure regulating worm seat are easily worn out in Heidelberg polychromatic printing machine. The ink is especially easily accumulated on the bearing seat, the landing gear and the worm seat, especially the machine for printing gold and silver ink, if it can not be cleaned in time, the time is long, the metal particles are long. It will accelerate the wear of the bearing seat or the worm seat. Generally, it takes several hours to remove the worn roller bearing seat from the machine wall for several hours. It is worth mentioning the suction gear wheel of the Heidelberg offset machine.   3、Electrical aspects
  Heidelberg offset presses are equipped with a lot of safety devices, and are very agile. As long as they touch slightly, the whole machine will stop running. Sometimes there are too many dust accumulation in the internal contact points of the electrical control box of the machine, resulting in poor contact between the relay contacts and the inability of the machine to operate.
  There are many other similar problems, such as the excessive accumulation of Madane dust in the movement and reduction of the image carbon brush frame, and the pressure of the spring on carbon brush on the carbon brush frame, so that the contact between the carbon brush and the copper head is bad, and the machine operation will be difficult.
  4、Gas circuit
  The four color and five color offset printing machines produced by Heidelberg in the late 80s were all used to control the clutch pressure, the ink roll, the offset plate of the water roll and the ink transfer ink transfer. Each unit of the polychromatic printing machine has several two five - way control valves to control these movements. The movement of the ink roller, the water roll off plate and the ink transfer roller can be realized by controlling the cylinder piston movement through the control valve. Sometimes, because there is water in the control valve or cylinder to cause the valve seal damage, resulting in the leakage of the control valve or cylinder, making the ink roll and water roll out of the plate is not good. In addition, because of the accumulation of ink in the action control mechanism, the movement of these mobile components is not flexible, but the burden of the control valve and the cylinder can be aggravated, which causes the control valve to be sealed easily, and the cylinder piston is more easily deformed. In addition, because the gas hose is aging and the pipeline leaks, the pressure of the pipeline decreases rapidly, so that the control valve can not be opened, and the clutch pressure action can not be completed. If the pressure will increase the life of the compressor and accelerate the aging of the rubber tube, the problem of the failure of the landing gear is solved by the change of the valve or the pressure of the cylinder, which is not thorough.
